With today’s update, ULTI-MAN turns 1. This is easily the biggest and longest running comic project I’ve ever started and thankfully there are no signs of it slowing down. I’m hoping on taking ULTI-MAN to some weird places in 2013, and maybe a crossover or two with other characters I make comics with as well, maybe not… we’ll have to see.
A lot of the time when a webcomic reaches a certain milestone or hits a year long run, creators put out a collection of the comic in print. So, I feel like I’ll be hitting a good spot in the comic to close off a book soon, so I will be looking into printing costs and whatnot, also I am currently looking into making action figures, or small custom figurines… so hopefully I can get enough information to put together a kickstarter campaign.
I also have plans for plenty other non-ULTI-MAN comics this year, such as two more issues of HEALTH FEUD and some other mini comics. 2013 will be a very productive month for me. Let’s all make some great comics this year!
